I had two interviews, i with the banana manager and the second with the full general manager.

It's a bit foreign Overall. Information technology began with a screening past HR that's very typical. The north a couple common cold invites for video interview. But, the hiring director showed upward maxim it'south not interview. Did not allow fourth dimension to ask questions. He seemed fearful of being questioned. The one hired has been with Baxter for a long fourth dimension. But the background does not match with the job clarification as advertised. The hired does not have any software background as required by the chore ad. That being said, this is a typical nepotism hire. Biolife used to be part of Baxter. It's been not much open to outside talents.
